Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Gelatin, FD&C Colors, and Titanium Dioxide RECOMMENDED USE: Take 1 Capsule once daily with meals. Due to the potent nature of the formula use no more than 1 capsule in any 24-hour period. Not to be used for people under the age of 18. Do not stack Tight!® with Ephedrine or Ephedra. MY THOUGHTS My initial opinion is that I am so jittery that I almost cant function correctly while even typing this. This feeling brings me back to the day when I first tried vpx clenbrutrx. I feel extreme alertness, ready to jump when told... I will report back later today after a few hours of happiness.. ![]() |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 11 | Hours later: The extremely jitters slowly went away with very slight jitters now. Being around lunch time, I don’t really feel I need to eat but will!! This product so far does not cause caffeine issues like the rest for me - must just be a smaller amount in their proprietary blend. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 11 | Well, my night-time review for the experiences today: Yes jitters but they went away through mid-morning. (darkfalcon - I love the jitters - )As for appetite suppression, it did work very smoothly by making me not think of food in an easy way – some of the other products I have tested/tried, in a way almost force you not to feel hunger (gotta know what I mean) After eating a semi-large lunch, I had no feeling of hunger until dinner. The afternoon went well stilling focusing strongly – not overly. To compare to Stimulat X - probably half as strong but doesn’t screw up my system. This will be a product I will add to my stash of many goodies. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 11 | 5. Are there any side effects? This paragraph is from an article located over at Bulk Nutrition regarding Guggulsterones otherwise known or part Guggul. The studies do not report serious side effects, although some users experienced gastrointestinal discomfort which did not necessitate discontinuation. High doses have been used without the incidence of ill effects. Guggul may compete with some cholesterol reducing medications, so if you are on such medications you should consult a doctor before taking guggul. Likewise, you should consult a doctor if you have a thyroid disorder. The primary side effect that the athlete should be worried about is the possibility of muscle catabolism. Increased thyroid levels may also increase mitochondrial uncoupling of muscle tissue and decrease insulin secretion and nitric oxide production. Although fat loss will still be the primary effect, a portion of the weight lost may be from muscle. Fortunately, you can avoid or at least highly limit the amount of catabolism caused by increased thyroid levels by increasing your testosterone levels, because testosterone blocks the pathway through which thyroid-induced protein uncoupling occurs (11). San Tight does contain Guggulsterones in their special blend which after reading does not make me too happy. |
