Tuesday January 24th
11am- piece of chicken 8oz and 2 servings pasta with 24oz water
12-took 2 stizm
1230-hit the gym
Chest and Triceps Workout:
Flat bench dbell-55x10 60x8 65x6
Incline dbell-45x10 50x8 55x6
Decline machine-45x10 55x8 60 x 6
Dips-10 8 6
Skull crushers-40x10 40x8 40x8
Tri machine-30x10 40x8 50x6
Cable kickbacks-10x10 20x8 20x6
2pm-2 piece chicken 160z 24oz water
5pm-ravioli
8 pm-dinner at school caf
I ate 2 piece turkey, 1 serving curly fire, and big taco salad with 16oz water
Between 830 and 10 I had 32oz water
Bed at 12
FIRST DAY OF TAKING THE PILLS MY WORKOUT WAS AMAZING…FELT LIKE I COULD GO ON FOREVER. MAYBE BECAUSE I WAS EXCITED..WE WILL SEE

Wednesday January 25, 2006
Horrible day. Took the pills to be nice and alert for 3 classes. Was alert for class, but my stomach is in Knots. I will; be taking 2 more around 8 for my bicep back workout we will see. I drank 12oz water with the pills, really couldn’t eat, all day. I had a cup of noodle and 2 hotdogs. Fell like shit to tell you the truth. We will see as the day goes along what happens and I will keep you update with my workout and eating. Hope it gets better need to keep my protein up. To be continued. I felt like complete crap all night and did not workout I laid in bed. Lets see what happens tomorrow. Sorry for this guys!

I woke up around 12 oclock. I got 9 hours of sleep plenty of rest and im felling great. I have class at 330 and I need to study for a quiz. Im going to hit the gym at 1 and do my biceps and back……..its 1230 now I just took 2 Stizms and im cooking a fat piece of chicken about 10oz with a nice baked potato. I am going to hit the gym at 1 and get a great workout in.
Workout Bi’s and Back
Warmup up- 3 sets of 10 bodyweight pull-ups
Deadlift-135-10,225-8,245-6 Could of kept going felt great
Lat Pull Down-100-10,120-8,135-6
Back Machine (like a row)-70-10,70-8,70-6 (back was finished at this point so I kept same weight.
Machine Curls (single hand)-20-6,30,6,40-6 last set burn out two hands 50-6
S Bar curls-55-6,65-6,65-6 (biceps are done at this point)
Hammer curls-20-6,20-6,15-6
AMAZING WORKOUT I FEEL GREAT…BACK TO THE ROOM TO EAT. I WILL POST MY NUTRITION FOR THE REST OF THE DAY AND WATER INTAKE.
10oz chicken with pasta-230
Hamburger 6oz 315 right before class
8oz chicken and potato-7ish
Took a break for mens basketball game at my school
10ish I ate a hamburger and pasta 1 serving
YOU GUYS WILL BE PROUD OF ME FOR THIS WENT TO GO HANG OUT AND POSSIBLEY GO TO A CLUB..I RESITED A FRESH 30 PACK MY BOYS GOT FOR ME AND DID NOT TOUCH A BEER OR ANYTHING…INSTEAD CAME BACK TO MY ROOM AT 1147 AND IM GONNA SETTLE DOWN AND HAVE A PREWOROUT MEAL OF 2 CUPS OATMEAL AND PEANUT BUTTER SANDWHICH ON WHITE BREAD.
WATER INTAKE FOR THE DAY CAM CLOSE TO 175OZ….CAN NOT WAIT TO GET SOME SLEEP AND GET DONE WITH CLASSES AROUND 2 TOMMORROW AND HIT THE DAM GYM FOR SOME SERIOUS LEG AND SHOULD ACTIONS..ILL KEEP YOU GUYS POSTED

PROTEIN-CLOSE TO 175G CALCUATED..GONNA START DRINKING SHAKES ALSO

glad to see the log get started. could you describe the feeling stizm gives you? also, how long does the stimulation last for you?

also,
what times are you taking stizm? (in reference to your meals)
how quickly do you start to feel stizm?
any physical effects? (i.e. feeling more endurance, physical energy, etc)
any improvement in focus?
any side effects? (i.e. jitters, upset stomach)
