There have been many threads discouraging the use of sesamin and conversing about its inefficiency. Many people claim that it is an inferior product and they have not seen the fat loss effects as the product claims. As there were people that say that they did not notice any fat loss, there are many that supported SciVation's Sesamin and other sesamin products. I am one of them.

PRICE: 8/10
$35/90 day supply!? AWESOME! It doesn't get cheaper than that, but if it were as cheap as green tea extract...

EASE OF USE: 10/10
Dosed 2 times a day with higher fat meals, doesn't get easier.

EFFECTS: 10/10
I just got back to training in july due to some injuries. At that time I was 160lbs ~15% bf. I am now believe it or not, 2.5 months later, at 174 ~11%(5'6''). I know this is alot to due to muscle memory, but definately also alot due to my diet and suppplementation. In combination with EFA's, green tea extract, a 6pm carb cutoff, and low intensity morning cardio, I have noticed a huge difference in my lean gains now than ever before.

I took about 2-3 weeks off of Sesamin earlier because of insufficient funds and watched myself put on bf slowly and abs disappear slightly. My body reached an equillibrium, but then after getting back on Sesamin, I realized how awesome the product it was. I am currently burning fat and building muscle at the same time and looking better than ever before.

Overall: 9.5/10

Good review. I've recently been interested in this product becaues of all the postive feedback from using it, this is another positive!

I didn't like Sesamin for its body comp purposes so much when I used it.. glad it worked for you blast.

Great review, this is one I've been heming and hawing over for a long time. Always mixed reviews but this tips it a little in favour.

Yea there are plenty of mixed reviews. Best way to find out if you'll like it is to try it out yourself. It's not that expensive.
