ok if you haven't heard about threshold its a supplement containing beta-alanine, histidine, and phosphates. it buffers lactic acid by increasing carnosine levels. I have been on this product for i believe 2 months now and man im telling you i am having the workouts of my freakin life on this stuff, i have neve taken a beta-alanine product so i had no idea how much it would change my workouts, Im in the offseason doing a HIT type workout and not only has my endurance increased but my strength is at an all time high right now, i took about a week off from the HIT workout about a week ago during the holidays cause i knew that me and my workout partner wouldn't be able to hit the gym at the same time, so i went in and did some lighter volume work and man i felt like i could have went forever, i honestly felt great, to me beta-alanine is the next best thing to ever hit the market besides creatine, to me its that damn good!
