Flavor: Chocolate: 7.5/10
not bad....definately tastes like the shake...a protein style chocolate, but not bad
COnsistency: 6/10
odd...like VERY thick oatmeal...more of a paste than a pudding, but downable
Overall: 8/10

weird make, and a proteiny taste...but good stuff overall. not as good as a sugar-loaded kraft pudding, but for what it is, it's solid

Have you tried Instone pudding? If so how do they compare?
