Price: 180 Capsules (30 servings) for $19.49

Purpose: Build muscle & decrease time required for recovery

Overall: I have been using this product as well as whey protein and a muti-vitamin for the past month. I feel the the branch chained amino acids help me get through a training barrier, because i felt a significant increase in my muscle recovery speed. This allowed me to hit each bodypart slightly more often than before. I also felt very little DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) while taking this product.

Final Thought: Now that i have begun incorporating a BCAA into my regular supplement regime, i will not go without it. The cost is very minimal for the results.

Do I Recommend This Product For Others: YES. The addition of a BCAA into your supplement stack will make a world of a difference, and this one is extremely cost effective

it is the standard "00" capsule size...if you dont know what that is, its about 3/4in long....
