Here is my reveiw of PrimaForce's Substance WPI Grape Splash ..

Taste:

This stuff tastes great, it kind of tastes like a grape kool-aid but with an isolate taste to it. I read another review and someone else described that it tastes like Grape Big League Chew gum, which is also a good description.

Mixibility

For my initial serving I added 2 scoops of Substance to 16oz of water and a few ice cubes and shook it up in a shaker bottle. As normal with an isolate it did foam up a bit after shaking. I let the foaming settle for a few minutes and it was ready to drink. There was a little bit that didn't mix at first, but I have found that using a shaker is far better than mixing with a spoon.

Substance is offered at a great low price of $22.99 for a 2lb container over at bb.com and $23.99 over at Bulk Nutrition. Both great deals for a WPI.

Overall Thoughts:

Overall I think this is a great tasting product. Substance is a great alternative to Syntrax Nectar. Especially since most of the Nectar flavors include aspartame, which Substance does not. Substance has become my weapon of choice for my post workout shake
