Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | I have been using this product for a long time and thought I would write a review on it... Taste: I must say, except for the Cookies & Creme, I love every flavor that they have put out (whether it be the original or the Gold Standard). Now they don't taste like the flavor they are supposed to be, but they aren't bad. I drink them a couple times a day including for my post workout shake. I would rate the taste 9 out of 10. Consistancy: The shakes mix very easily. You can mix them with a spoon even. I personally use a shaker bottle, give it a couple shakes and it is good to go. There are no lumps at all with this product. It goes down as smooth as water. I would rate the consistancy 10 out of 10. Overall: Overall this is a great source of protein which I recommend to everyone. It is a very inexpensive source of protein and can be found at almost any supplement store. I like the fact that I can also use this protein in yogurt or oatmeal or cereal if I decide to add it to have some extra protein. ON whey has some great quality BCAAs in their protein as well. As I sit here and look, I have over 40 pounds of ON 100% Whey in my room, that is how much I love their protein. I highly recommend this protein to anyone and everyone who needs more protein to meet their daily required intake. I rate the product 10 out of 10. What's In It? Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | I will agree on this! I have been using ON whey now for at least three years. I never had a problem with it and love it. It is really reasonable pricewise too. There is a store by me where I can get a 10lb bag for 50 bucks. I dont think that is that bad. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | The ON chocolate flavor tastes great. I mix mine with milk and it tastes just like chocolate milk. However, sometimes it is a little clumpy and needs some extra shaking or stirring. |
