| IMPC Contestant | First off, I would like to thank the guys from Myochem for giving me a whole bottle of this stuff FREE for writing a review for them. With the current pinch I've been in for money (just bought a year gym membership, 500 dollars GONE!) I had no money for any supps. STATS: 17y/o Male 163lbs 8-9% bf About 8 months experince (serious experince) Used 4 caps a day Diet around 4500 calories Strength Increases: 7/10 - I really didn't notice much when it came to lifting. Perhaps it helped me push a little extra. But then again, I've never responded real well to creatine. It helps me a little, just an extra rep or two. However, my swimming times while on Kre-Alkalyn went drastically down. I went from swimming my 50meter freestyle from 24.5 to 23.9 and my 100meter freestyle from 55.0 to 53.0. I'm not sure if it's the creatine, or just hard work. Water Retention: 10/10 - I retained little to no water while on this product. Good thing, or bad. You decide. Price Effectivness: 5/10 - At 50 dollars a bottle (and a 1 month supply if you use 4 caps) it's much more expensive than other creatine brands out there.
