(I am writing this review on the tail end of a 10 week training cycle for a triahtlon)

Strength/Endurance
It provided me with the endurance to not only maintain my regular workouts, but also maintain them at a very high level. As for improvements over the course of my training, here is the best comparison I can do:

Run: [3 mile run in 18:38](4 miles in 26:49; but had my time as low as sub-6 minute miles)
Bike: [9 mileS in 28:21](12 milea in 33:23)
Swim: [1/2 mile in 11:00](1.5 miles in 20:36)
Weights: I did not record my weights for the reason set forth at the beginning, but what I can tell you is that I am throwing around the same weights I was at the beginning; so in the end I had no strength loss.
Lactic acid buildup staid low or nonexistent even during the steepest hills on my bike rides. No matter how long or intense my lifting or cardio sessions were, I my aerobic and anaerobic endurance was strong.

Recovery: Other than being a little stiff on some morning, recovery went well every day. Even when I woke up stiff, about 30 min. after taking the BO, my muscles seemed warmed up and ready to go.

Timing/Taste/Mixability: No problems here. The Orotine is tasteless and the BO tastest great. The Orotine seemed to mix a hell of lot better than when I last used it, which is great. I found that 30-40 min. pre workout seemed to work best to optimize strength and endurance. This goes the same for both BO and Orotine.

Pump: I think this is kind of ancillary to everything, but the pump was very good on lifting days

Other Oberservations: Sweating was very high every day and thethe internal heat/warmness I felt was better than any thermo I have ever used. As I stated in the beginning, I was maintaing a cutting diet, so having the boost to keep it going was great. I have not seen BO or a BO/Orotine stack advertised as a cutting stack and I think it should be. No caffeine either (I do not like caffeine as an addative to supps). Also, when taking the stack, you do get a nice energy boost, which is essental in a cut... or a training for a triahtlon.

On a side note, other than tweaking my training, this is very similar to the training program I did last year while training for a triathlon and I can say my improvements over hte course of my training were far ahead on this training rotation. The triahtlon I did last year was shorter and I do not know that I would have been able to make this distance without hte help of MAN. But I can definitely say that this stack played a vital roal in my training over and above doing it without.
