Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | Well, I go to the 1 of the 2 stores that carry Champion Nutrition products (the closest one of course). But to my shock, I learned that they no longer carry them anymore, which really sucked. But before I could leave, the employee tells me of another brand: Kaizen Nutrition. I thought immediately that this was one of their "scams" to get my in buying their crap. But listening to what he had to say, I decided to give it a shot. And looking at the price, I couldn't have been happier with that decision (20 bucks cheaper than CN). So here's my review: Product: Kaizen Nutrition: 100% Natural Whey Protein - Decadent Chocolate Taste: 8/10 Not as good as CN but it's up to par with any other Chocolate I've tried. Not a delicious but not a bad chocolate taste either. Mixability: 10/10 Very good mixability, dissolves in the water in a few seconds. Overall: 9/10 With the prices in mind, I'd have to say it's a fairly good product. Protein-wise, per scoop or 30g., it has a whopping 24g. of protein, which makes each scoop 80% protein. It almost seems too good to be true. The scoop is a tad bit smaller to CN's or ON's scoop (the employee there pinpointed that out). I just hope the info they give us is valid. Look below for nutritional information: Supplement Facts Serving Size: 1 scoop (30g.) Servings Per Container: 80 Amount Per Serving Calories 110 Calories from Fat 10 Total Fat 1g Sat. Is that how you distinguish between the good and the bad (good quality vs. cheap)? Because I've been having some pretty nasty gas lately. :wedgie:
