ISOPURE RTD Protien Drink

I got a gift card to vitamin shoppe for christmas and had a little left over so I bought the blue raspberry flavored one. It was the worst tasting thing I have ever drank in my entire life. They only way I can describe it is that it taste like when you make mac and cheese and fill the pot up with water after you make it. You let it sit there for a few hours and then go to clean it and the smell of the old cheese stuff and the water sitting there. Thats what this tasted liek to me. It was really really bad. I got a fruit punch one also, but I am afraid to try it.

LOL! yeah

The only premade (canned/bottled/cartoned) protein drinks I've tried that I like are muscle milk and to an extent dzl fuel

Yeah this was my first experience with one and I had a real hard time drinking the whole thing without throwing up, but I forced myself to. I mean its 40g of protein I can't let that go to waste.

I also just realized I said 'protien' in the title.. opps I can't spell.

choc, van, and watermelon are the only ones ive ever liked. ever. oh and choc mint.

Yeah I know I have never even thought about anything other than choc or van but the blue color in the bottle looked so good.. heheh. Atleast it was just a RTD and I didn't buy a tub or something.

lol...I had the fruit puch and I had the same reaction, it tasted like crap. I couldnt finish half the botttle.

I had one that was mango-peach, and it was horrifying. I'll never buy it again.

All those Isopure RTD's are extremely syruppy and leave a weird texture/taste in your mouth. Now, the VHS Extreme Smoothies....THOSE are tasty.
