Taste: 6/10 Mixed with 8 ounces of water.
Tasted like fruit punch like it says, but not a very sweet fruit punch. The taste is very average though.

Mixability: 10/10
Mixed in an instant! Very soluble and no thickness or graininess while drinking it. It went down like water.

The weight I did last time is italicized.
The weight I did today is red.

Chest: Incline Bench Press
170 x 8, 3, 1 rp

Shoulders: BTN Smith Shoulder Press

Of course all my weights went up: Outside Backer knows DC's fundamental training techniques and knows its imperative that I increase my weight every time. Unfortunately, I did not feel much different than I do usually. I attacked the weights with aggression and urgency but I felt no real increase in my performance.

However, I did have a better increase in my light set of deads and my incline bench press set. Also, during my heavy set, I felt like I could go a bit heavier. I think there I can give H+Blocker a little credit, but I don't feel it helped me out enough for me to purchase it.

Overall: 6/10
