Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | I got some of the InStone High Protein Pudding to try since I enjoy pudding but it isn't the best stuff for you so when I saw a protein pudding I figured I would give it a shot. I have the chocolate flavor and it comes in a nice container which allows you to take it anywhere and you don't have to worry about it opening up and getting everywhere. I actually have nothing bad to say about the pudding. The taste is actually pretty good, much better than I had imagined. The consistancy is exactly like normal pudding. The pudding would be a great choice if you were cutting because it is low in calories (100) and there are only 2g of carbs. There is also a good amount of potassium in the product as well. The price is actually pretty good also. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a protein product that they can eat as a snack. I know we are all hooked on protein shakes but this is actually a decent alternative to a shake. I rate this product 8 out of 10. What's In It?
