I did a cycle of 1-AD and decided to use IDS Anti-Aromatase for PCT because I loved the price. Now this was a while back when I really didn't know what I was doing in terms of PCT. In the case of this product, the price of the product represents the quality of the product. Thank goodness that I didn't get any side effects from the 1-AD because if I had, the IDS product WOULD NOT have helped me at all. This product really does not have the ingredients that it needs when compared to the other products out on the market.

Looking back on what I did for PCT, Saw palmetto, Chrysin, Ipriflavone, and Nettle Root Extract (utica diocal) ARE NOT ENOUGH! I really don't feel this product is even worth putting out on the market for the purpose it is on the market for. I believe my hormone levels were out of whack after my cycle due in fact that this product sucked.

Overall I would recommend that you look for another product if you are looking for an anti-estrogen. This product is inexpensive for a reason... IT DOESN'T WORK! I wouldn't waste your money. Save up a little more money and get yourself a much better quality product. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone under any circumstance. I rate this product a 1 out of 10.
