Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I recently seen a thread over on bb.com where a member said he contacted ErgoPharm for free samples of their GF-Pro, so I figured I'd give it a try as well. To my surprise they sent me 8 sample packets: 2 packets of Green Apple, 2 packets of Orange Cream, 2 packets of Cherry Blast and 2 packets of Raspberry Lemonade. Raspberry Lemonade Review: Initial Serving: I added 2 packets (2 scoops) to 16 oz of water along with a few ice cubes and mixed it up in a shaker cup. Mixibility: 7/10 Foamy, but not as foamy as the Cherry Blast, maybe because I used 2 packets with 16oz of water ? ? There was a bit of clumping with this one as well. The same type of clumping I've seen with Nectar. I shook this up for a few minutes and still has undisolved particles floating around. I could taste them as I started to drink the shake. Taste: 9/10 The Raspberry Lemonade flavor is really good, this has a better lemonade flavor compared to Nectar's Roadside Lemonade. Price: 6/10 BB.com sells GF-Pro for $27.49 for a 2lb container which is a bit on the high side considering you can get PrimaForce Substance for about $5 cheaper from Supplement Kings. I noticed that Bulk Nutrition is currently selling them for $23.99 for 2lber which is better deal than bb.com's price. But if you're looking for a Lemonade flavor this is alot better than Nectar's Roadside Lemonade in my opinion. You should be using 1 scoop for every 8oz of water. Adding more water than that per scoop would water down the flavor. | |
