Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I recently seen a thread over on bb.com where a member said he contacted ErgoPharm for free samples of their GF-Pro, so I figured I'd give it a try as well. To my surprise they sent me 8 sample packets: 2 packets of Green Apple, 2 packets of Orange Cream, 2 packets of Cherry Blast and 2 packets of Raspberry Lemonade. Cherry Blast Review: Initial Serving: I added 1 packet (1 scoop) to 8 oz of water along with a few ice cubes and mixed it up in a shaker cup. Mixibility: 5/10 Very foamy! I mixed this in 8 oz of water and the entire shaker cup was filled with foam. There was clumping as well. It took forever for the clumps to finally disolve. I had to keep shaking and shaking the cup to get them to go away for the most part. After shaking for about 3 minutes straight I waited a another minute for the foaming to go down, but it didn't so I just gave it my first sip. Taste: 5/10 The Cherry Blast flavor is very bland. When I opened the package the cherry scent smelled very appealing, but I am very disappointed in the taste. It tastes just like water with a very minimal amount of fruit flavor. Cherry Blast is definately nothing like the Raspberry Lemonade flavor which was really good. Price: 6/10 BB.com sells GF-Pro for $27.49 for a 2lb container which is a bit on the high side considering you can get PrimaForce Substance for about $5 cheaper from Supplement Kings. I noticed that Bulk Nutrition is currently selling them for $23.99 for 2lber which is better deal than bb.com's price. Supplement Kings is not currently selling GF-Pro, but one note is that this flavor will not be a good seller. Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Try mixing the powder before you add the ice cubes. If you chill CEE before you mix it you'll get an ass flavoured acidy blob. ROB

.. this is protein .. not CEE .. lol.I add ice cubes to my shakes to make the water colder. I have never tasted a difference in flavor using or not using ice cubes in a protein shake. | |
