Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | EAS Phosphagen HP was my creatine of choice before I switched to micronized creatine. I have had some great results using this product. When I first began using it I gained over 10 pounds within the first month (water weight mainly). My strength went up and my workouts were going great. I would probably have to say that this was the best tasting creatine I have ever had. I would use the grape flavor and mix it with my vanilla protein shake and the taste would be incredible. I still wish I had some HP around just so I could have my grape flavored shakes again. The creatine mixed very well by itself or even when put into my protein shake. I had no clumps in my shaker and would mix within only a few shakes of the bottle. If I had a choice between HP and the micronized creatine that I am using now (unflavored) I would go back to the HP. Even though most people these days don't use EAS product very much anymore I must say that I still believe this is still one of the best creatines available today. I have tried many other creatine products and have not liked them as much as I liked the HP. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a creatine product that is fairly inexpensive when compared to competitors and a creatine product that tastes great so you don't have to force it down. The product works and I have seen great results while using it. I would rate this product 10 out of 10. What's In It? Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I am taking EAS HP Elite right now (Fruit Punch Flavor) and I would have to agree with the above review. I know many people who have had gains with this product. I have been on it now for a little over a month and have noticed about a 4lb gain and great recovery times between work outs. The flavor is great, mixes well and has helped with my gians and recovery. It gets a 10/10 from me. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Look at purchasing from a online whole seller like muscledepot or any of the others out there. I picked up Phos HP Elite for around 40 bucks with delivery. |

| Pro Stature | 34G of sugar??!? Seems like a lot to me. And add in another 95G of sodium, no wonder one gains weight on it.
