Default EAS Endurathon Review

EAS Endurathon
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/eas/end.html
Uniquely formulated to set it apart from other supplements, Endurathon contains ribose, a necessary building block in the regeneration of adenosine tri-phosphate (ATP). ATP is the energy fuel for muscles during exercise. Our protein/carbohydrate blend with whey protein isolate and trehalose helps restore the balance of glycogen and hydration to muscles. This creates an environment of muscular endurance and energy while you exercise. The potential for peak performance is there for the taking. Endurathon is the key to unlocking that potential.

Taste: Surprisingly good. I used the orange and thought it was going to be chalky from the looks of the powder, but was pfairly refreshing, a little bit of a protein aftertaste, but generally good 8/10

Mixability: Just used a glass with around 10oz of water and a spoon and after a few rotations of the spoon, everything was dissolved and staid dissolved

Thoughts: This product claims to :
* Promote hydration and boost electrolytes
* Enhance your bodies response to exercise-induced stress
* Replenish the balance of glucose in the muscles
* Stimulate muscular replenishment and prolong muscle endurance
* Help the body recover more quickly from intense training
While these are not the easiest claims to substantiate, what I found was that my body felt no different in training and recovery than when proper pre/post training whey, oats and bcaas were used. I think this is under dosed (only 2g bcaas) for the price (around $30) and one can use proper pre/post workout nutrition and get better results at more appropriate doses
