Flavor: Chocolate
Taste: The taste was awesome. The Cytosport Muscle Milk is slightly better. This can replace my chocolate milkshakes any day. (9.5/10)

Flavor: Cookies and Cream
Taste: The taste was also awesome. I really liked the fact that they have small chunks of cookies in the mix. When biting into them, they taste great. This flavour however dosn't taste too much like cookies and cream. But still one of the best MRP I have tried. (9.8/10)

Price: 5lbs - $54.99 Canadian
Mixability: With water or milk, it takes about 45-60 seconds of medium-quick shaking to be completely dissolved with no clumps and whatnot. This time could be decreased if shaked very hard and fast. This is all worth it though. (9/10)
Overall: The nutritive values were pretty good. 18g of fat, 8g of which are saturated but come in the form of MCT's. I like to take this as part of my last meal, this is a good treat and is great for bulking up. (9.6/10)
