Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | My pre/during/post supplement regime presently consists of an ON-Whey Protein shake about 1-1/2 hours before my w/o. Forty-five minutes before my workout I take ½ serving of Xceed with White Blood, with the remainder of the Xceed serving I would blend in 50g of Complex Carbs and sip this mixture during my workout between sets. Now I’m looking forward to using this (Replenish) product because looking at the supplement facts this product will allow me to eliminate my pre-w/o shake, which I can take at a later time during day because of the 30g of protein. Also, since Replenish already has 30g of carbs I can eliminate 30g of Complex Carbs and use only 20g of Complex Carbs that I normally use during my w/o and still get my total 50g of carbs that I would use on w/o days. Maybe I can totally eliminate my CC, we’ll see. Looks like with Replenish I can eliminate the maximum quantity of at least two supplements I normally take pre/during/post workout and also have the advantage of other great ingredients. ![]() |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | Well, I tried my Replenish, Watermelon Splash. Not a great fan of Watermelon flavors, but the taste was surprisingly very good. Having taken Replenish only six times so far, it’s too quick to make a judgment; however, an observation to note was that the product did not mix well with water. First time I tried mixing the product with cold water in a shaker bottle and found that about an inch of product was still at the bottom of my bottle. Second time I mixed Replenish with cold water in a blender which resulted in the same, an inch or so of the product at the bottom of my drinking glass. Finally, the third time was to first mix a serving with a little HOT water in the hopes the product would mix well then filled the shaker with the remaining 16-20 ounces of water but, no dice, still had about an inch of product at the bottom of the glass. In all cases, after mixing Replenish, I also noticed that about a third of the glass contained foam, and the rest was water with and inch or so of product at the bottom of the glass. I would drink the liquid through the foam, then add more water in order to try and dissolve the product but, still had to add more water when I got to the bottom of the glass to finally dissolve the remainder of the product to a degree, i.e., still not all of the product totally dissolved. The last few sips were still grainy with product. ![]() |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | Well, I’ve tried some suggestions and still I have the product sediment sitting at the bottom of the glass. 1) I’ve mixed the product, and let it sit, do my w/o, shake again, drink some of it and still have the sediment. 2) Possibly the leucine not dissolving. I mixed, let it sit and added more water, shook it again drank the liquid but, if I let it sit for a few minutes, there’s product at the bottom of the glass. 3) Another suggestion from another site was to first add water, then the product for a better mixture, even that didn’t help. What I eventually wound-up doing was take a glass canning jar add 16oz. of water and the product, tighten the cap and shake for about 40 seconds. Take a few sips, put the cap back on shake it again until I got close to the sediment, added more water, shake, take a few sips, shake, take a few sips, shake, until I finished the serving. Even the last few sips were still grainy with product. I included all that shaking as part of my cardio.lol I like the product, maybe I got a bad batch or an excessive amount of leucine?. I probably will try another tub; however, if this problem persists, I’ll have to look for another product. Any other suggestions? ![]() |

You could try to stir up the dry powder in the container to make sure that the product hasn't settled and you're not getting a disproportionate amount of oat fibre. btw- I'm pretty sure this is the first and only batch :p

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | Hey BB; Thanks for the reply. Last week I did in fact transfer the contents to a larger tub and shook it around to give a thorough mix but, apparently that didn't do any good. I haven't heard from anyone who has the same problem, so maybe it's a bad mixture of ingredients. Hope so. ![]() |
