Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 26 | Got 5 dif flavors at the arnold, gonna review them as I use them #1: Banana Scream! Got a sample packet at the Arnold...I do NOT usually like fruity flavored powder, but do like banana, so was curious How: Full packet blended with 12oz water Flavor: Extremely good..taste is very mellow and smooth, not harsh or "protein"y at all. True banana taste, very enjoyable and easy to take down, even if you dont like fruity powder. Mixability: blended as stated came out extremely smooth...no grains, no chunks, medium thickness....excellent! Nutrition: CALORIES: 260 Fat: 5(3 sat) Carb: 6(5 sugar) Prot: 46 Overall: Pretty freakin good flavor...so far I've tried 2 of their products, and was impressed with both! Overall Grade: A- |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 26 | 2. cookies n cream Tried a sample at the arnold...and was completely BLOWN AWAY! AMAZING flavor, VERY good..much better than Muscle Milk's cookies n cream How: 2 scoops mixed with ~14oz water and ice Flavor: One of the best powders I've ever had. VERY cookies and cream...not "artificial" tasting, nor protein tasting...almost like a dessert treat! Mixability: blended as stated came out extremely smooth...no grains, no chunks....excellent! Nutrition: CALORIES: 260 Fat: 4(2 sat) Carb: 8(3 sugar)(3 fiber) Prot: 48 Overall: So far of the two, hands down my favorite flavor...was impressed enough to buy 2 2.2lb jugs at the Arnold, 2 for $25. Tasted it once and had to have it Overall Grade: A+ |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 26 | 3. chocolate How: full packet blended with ~8oz water Flavor: Good, rich chocolate flavor. Not an overly sweet chocolate, more of a deep, rich chocolate flavor Mixability: blended as usual..VERY smooth and easy-blending Nutrition: CALORIES: 260 Fat: 4(3 sat) Carb: 8(4 sugar)(3 fiber) Prot: 46 Overall: Pretty good chocolate. I slightly prefer ON's chocolate flavor, however for dark chocolate lovers, this flavor will probably be favored. Amazing mixability(almost none got stuck to the blender, it all blended), pretty decent taste. I wouldnt buy a jug, but thats only bc the other flavors have been so good id get them first ![]() Overall Grade: B |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 26 | 4. Strawberry How: full packet blended with 8oz water Flavor: Usually I HATE strawberry...its always either 1) chalky and pepto-bismol tasting, or 2) tart and overly sweetened artitifical fruit flavor. This was VERY calm and smooth to my surprising. Easy to drink, pleasent mild flavor, not either of the above, which is a first for me with a strawberry powder(granted I dont try many). Best strawberry ive had. Mixability: blended as usual..VERY smooth and easy-blending Nutrition: CALORIES: 240 Fat: 3(2 sat) Carb: 7(6 sugar) Prot: 46 Overall: Definately the best strawberry I've had. I'd actually buy a jug of this, as smooth and mild as it is...would also work very well for those who add in real fruit, or flavoring due to the mild flavor. Definately a quality flavor...I'm VERY impressed with Champion now, and due to their free samples and good attitude at the Arnold, they have a new customer ![]() Overall Grade: A- |

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | Sounds good Proppy, never tried CN myself, but going to order about 2 lbs. of it. I am not a vanilla person, was wondering if you or DF had tried the vanilla? Or else it's just the chocolate for me. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 26 | Vanilla How: full packet blended with 10oz water Flavor: I'm kind of so so on Vanilla typically, but was so impressed with the others was excited to try this. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the other flavors' standards. Much more bitter, protein-tasting bland taste than any of the others. Dissapointing. Mixability: Blended a bit thicker than the others for some reason, but still very smooth. Nutrition: CALORIES: 250 Fat: 3(3 sat) Carb: 3(3 sugar) Prot: 52 Overall: By far the worst of the flavors I've tried from them. IF you want Vanilla, go with Beverly. If you want to give CN a try, definately do not base it on this flavor. Overall Grade: C- |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I'm a big fan of CN for Whey. I've only tried the chocolate flavor but plan on ordering some banana soon to mix into my oatmeal.
