It has been awhile since Ive posted anything resourceful but I come to you with an approved supplement, in the mist of all the garbage being bottled up and sold these days.... for those who dont know.. Cell Mass contains:

CEM3 (Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate) 3000mg
Glutamine AKG 2000mg
Muscle Cell Uptake Proprietary Matrix 950mg
- Cinnulin-PF
- Calcium Phosphate
- Di-Potassium Phosphate
- Di-Sodium Phosphate

The taste is excellent, almost like grape gatorade...

I recommend it if youre looking for a super-duper creatine product.

I can vouch for the taste of the Arctic Berry...its like red gatorade. A+
