Flavor bought: Chocolate Fudge

Taste using water - was plain but not bad either - something that could be drank daily.

Mixability was excellent - very little if any clumping

overall its not bad stuff - depending on the price where its bought.

Following morning notes about protein shake taken right before bed:

Last night: stomach felt weird for a little while after consuming and lying down.
This morning: stomach feels weird still - but I also did back last night and could of pulled a few muscles...hah - damn weight.

Since I have the jug, I will try this again and see what happens or if it was a rare thing...

well after writing the morning side of the review - i found out why i felt weird and well after dropping the "kids" off at the pool, i felt much better.
