Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 160 | I'm shocked. The flavor is magnificant (VERY chocolatey, tastes like breakfast cereal) and mixes well. The obvious down fall is that it's 5 carbs per scoop and only 20g of whey. The one perk is the price... very cheap stuff. I bought it from walmart cos I ran out of whey and needed it for emergency. I give it a 7/10. It would have scored a 9 if it's nutrient profile didn't suck so bad.

| Banned | This is what I used to take when I first started, and it was the easiest mixing/ best tasting whey I've had so far. |

also my first whey. I think that is a normal thing... people see it at walmart and think they should give it a try... it's only like 11 bucks for a few pounds or something. Real cheap. Good tasting too. But if I remember right, as posted above... it is kinda high in sugar and doesn't mix well. But for a beginner.... I recommend it.
