Biotest Spike Review

***This was when i tried it Mon.***

I stopped by GNC this weekend to talk to one of my buddies that works there and he gave me two sample packets of Biotest Spike. They were free so i figured what the hell.

I took one tablet about 30 min before i worked out. Got to the gym not feeling a damn thing. Waited a little longer thinking it was gonna kick in well i was wrong. I got NOTHING from Spike by just taking one tablet. Next time i workout i'm gonna go with two tabs to see if it works better.

I thought i would at least feel something from one tablet but i didnt get anything. No energy, jitters, no nothing. As of right now i would not recommend this product. I will know more Wed. after my workout to see how two tabs do.

Ok i took two tablets today about 45 min pre workout and still no energy. The only thing it did to me was that it suppressed my appetite really bad. It took me 30 min. to sip down my post workout shake b/c i had no appetite. I took Spike about 4:30 p.m. today and the appetite suppression is still there. I literally had to choke down my supper tonight.

If you have a problem over eating then you might wanna try it but for me i didnt like it. Even if it did give me a great surge of energy it still wouldnt be worth it b/c of how bad it decreased my appetite.
