havent done a review lately, here is one..

mixed very fast, almost instant without stirring.

taste was fine - not too strong and not like no-shotgun - ehhh...

As far as energy/pumps, etc i felt it held very well against my favorite NO-Xplode. At times, i was thinking its actually did better in the gym... It was a feeling different than no-xplode but somewhat similar too - hard to explain.... But i do say it works for me..no negative sides as far as stomach aches, headaches, etc.

9/10....good job

today i will be sampling animal pump - received it in the mail yesterday..
