Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | I got 3 kilos of this stuff last week. i thought i would share my experiences with it. mixability: only takes a few shakes in a shaker and it is completely mixed. it doesn't come out of solution either, which is nice. I haven't tried stirring (and don't think i ever will). two thumbs up taste: like Par said, it's about half as sweet as regular sucrose. This is a good thing, because 50 grams of sucrose mixed into a 12 ounce shake would be overly sweet. when mixed in with BSL orange cream or Chocolate it blends well and really brings out the flavor, which is a good thing because TP tends to mix the BSL flavors rather weak. It has a mild "artificial" taste to it, but all in all i give it two thumbs up. tummy effects: most of the time i only use 30 grams, a few times i did use 50 grams, and once i used about 15 grams. Each time it made my tummy rather bloated, even to the point that i had to loosen my belt. It also makes my tummy rumble a little bit, as if i were about to let out a massive poot, though it has not given me gas. the bloating goes down after an hour or so, though there is still some rumbling and my tummy is still slightly "upset." it's not anything bad enough that it would make me ever consider not using Supercarb (the benefits highly outway this negative), but i wouldn't use it anytime that i would be shirtless. all in all, i'd say this is good stuff. If you drink a lot of meal replacement shakes and are tired of grinding oats, this is great. also, i would like to note that Avant was rather quick at shipping this to me.
