Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 99   |  Applied nutriceuticals RPM so basically i took 4 caps of RPM bout an hour pre training. didnt feel anything the whole way to the gym. i was slightly weak on some lifts, and energy was not there. afterwards i got a bad headache that carried to the next day. i did get some pretty decent pumps, but that is about it.
