| IMPC Contestant | First off, I'd like to start out with a big thank you to Anabolic Innovations for letting me try out their products. I will OF COURSE right a review of the other flavors and cookie mix I received. I used Whey Potein Concentrate flavored with "The King" (Peanut Butter and Banana) mixed in 8oz of cold water. Mixability: 7/10 - It didn't mix that great. It mixed but there was still some chunky residue on the side of the cup, and some very small chunks in the mix even after stirring vigirously. Taste: 7/10 - It was just O.K. Nothing that great, infact, it was pretty bland. I wouldn't suggset buying it stock, perhaps buying the flavorings and mixing them. But even then the banana flavor seemed pretty artificial tasting, and I couldn't even pick up any peanut butter. It wasn't bad, but it definitly didn't sound like it's name. Price: 10/10 - At just 22.49 for 5lbs of whey concentrate it blows most anything I've seen out of the water (even my favorite, Champion). The price is great, that's for sure. Overall: 8/10 - This flavor was a bit bland, and not the best. However, it's very cheap, and not BAD tasting, just bland. I figure it's deserving of a B. Perhaps a little bit of chocolate added in this mix would be better.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Hybrid, Thank you for your open, honest critique, very nice. We have had people tell us that the Elvis or the King as you call it (Peanut butter and banana) was TOO strong. We all realize each person has different tastes. If you like you can put the reviews for the other samples here Sample Review Thread This is why we are now selling a 'Make your own mix' product. What you do is order the Plain Jane either in Isolate or Blend then in the comments section you tell us what flavors you want. Each flavor selection is good for flavoring at least 2lbs of protein. So we will include DOUBLE the percentage of flavoring you received in your samples for you to mix as strong or as weak as you like. You can play mad scientist in your kitchen ![]() Eg. you order 10lbs of Plain Jane then in the comments section you write 1 Chocolate, 1 Banana, 1 Peanut Butter and 1 Strawberry. Now you can make Straberry/Chocolate, Banana Split w/chocolate, Strawberry/Banana, Chocolate/Peanut Butter etc. Thank you again and please do let us know the results of your other tests. IMO it mixes a little better with a fork, less surface area and a little more aggitation. Of course a shaker bottel or blender is even better. Give them a try in milk also it tastes pretty good.
