This is my review of the ErgoPharm AMP and Avant Labs HEAT stack conducted after a 40 day trial. On most days, I took 2HEAT+1AMP 2 times per day (usually at 5:30AM and 11:30AM). Toward the end of the stack, I found the strength of the stack to loose some potency and decided to increase to a third dose around 3:30PM.

Personal Observations: I was pretty impressed with this stack as a thermo/energy product. It was a lot more mild than a stand alone YC stack and definitely more mild than an EC stack. The energy on 2 doses of 2HEAT+1AMP seemed to provide pretty good energy each day. It worked well to charge me up for both workouts at the crack of dawn and later in the afternoon.

The appetite suppressant seemed to improve with time and toward the end, on many occasions, I really felt as though I needed to force myself to eat. The thermo effect was also quite good on most days.


Overall Rating: 9/10
I really don’t think anyone will be disappointed with this stack, it is mild enough to be sustained over a long term, but strong enough to do what it claims.
