ok so i have been sick for hte past 5 days, i dont look how i want to look, i was way more cut a week ago but what ever, shit happens. so because i didnt look how i wanted, i didnt shave or paly 2 much

and hte last 1s, 2 are from my freinds house, my printer went out of ink to print the pic, and i duno i jsut took pics there but they sucked so i didnt use any of them besides those 2

thanks a yung and murph man

yes i am left handed, i have a about 1\3 inch differ in the arms. my left is bigger, but my right hand can outlast my left in most arm exercises although its not as strong. lol go figure.

Your quads look great...can't wait until you cut...like I asked about being left-handed....I don't mean to be critique you, but that's what I see first off....get that right arm working more and you will much more balanced.

....However, I'm jealous, because I can't squat anymore and my quauds are lacking. My quads are wishing they had your mass. I'm trying my best to work them...I'm just having difficulty gaining any mass with my disabiltity. But I have a good plan... :

no i dont mind if you critique me at all, thats when i know what to improve on.

bleh i hate doing legs haha, i jsut stared like 2 weeks ago, it takes the most effort out of everything :lsaber: what happened to your leg, if you dont mind me asking?

yeah i know, i got really sick though, and i had to start eating again. but im going to continue cutting and keep posting up monthly pics. i find that it really helps when taking the monthly pics because you want to be able to see a difference per session.

I have a fused right ankle from a motorcycle accident. My left knee has a new acl/mcl/pcl...........so needless to say, squats are out of the question. I can do right legged extensions and left leg presses, lol......it takes me forever because I have to work each leg seperately.

My fused ankle actually prevents me, mechanically wise, from squating down more than 4-5 inches. If you try it, you'll see how you can't help but bend your ankle joint.
