| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Make sure you spread your shoulder blades while performing your back double biceps you have them in, which shows detail, but lacks the width. In live competition you can do both to be more dramatic, but in pictures seperating them will be better.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Put your shoulder back so that your arms goes straight down during your side triceps. If you lean the shoulder forward while performing it like you did, it shows part of your back and doesn't show as much symmetry.
