Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 41 | Notes: Took me a while to adjust the camera so it could fit my whole body and only the background of blue, but I just couldn't do it. So the background is not the way I wanted it. Also, I feel that I am smaller than I was last week. This is because I was sick this whole week(still am) and didn't workout the whole time. I'll be ready to get back again this Monday. And another thing, I cannot wait to cut up. You can clearly see that I am showing signs of fat gain for each month.

| IMPC Contestant | nice work man. from the looks of it youve put on some solid mass, I think you will look good after cutting assuming it all goes down without a hitch. i think your side tricep would look better if you use your hand to hyperextend the elbow more and push out laterally like doing side raises for shoulders. im doing it in this pic, lemme know, im no expert on posing, lol. |
