Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 14 | well i was in the ****ing car for 9 hours today and still managed to have a decient wokrout. starting monday routins is back to what its norm was beacause im back home ez bar 135x3; 130x2; 120x5; 110x5 hammers 60x6; 55x5/5/4; 50x4 outside curls 35x3 close grip 205x5/5 f press 100x7 press dwons 200x10 *easy*; 225x4 (this was a 26 plate added to the stack, i guess it weighs out a bit differ); 200x7 reverse grip press down180x7/4; 160x7 upright rows 127x7/6/4 lateral raise 1 set dont remember weight forgot to write it down lol

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 14 | well starting friday my program will shift a bit, because im at school. their equiptment is not as good and i dont have time to go to a gym with football. soo yeah. i will be switching from dumbell to barbell on almost all things because the dumbells only go to 75 lbs. if it gets too bad ill jsut have to wake up at 5 to go to the gym.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | I had to make the same change... The dumbbells at my gym only go up to 80... so I've switched over to Barbell Inclines... As usual, go light and work ya way up.. I do 3 sets of 8 & found that 50 kg's + the bar was more than enough for me... when I made the switch... Peace..~G

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 14 | ok workout today my tricep and shoulders both have bruises on them, it made it really hard to lift today, as well as the tendons on my left wrist are bruised. made it hard for bench and back exercises incline db 100x2; 90x3/2;80x5/5/5 lat pd 200x6/5; 187.5x5/5 bench 205x6/5 barbell rows 235x8; 245x5/3(forearm went on both) +3x225 dips 8/8/4 reverse bb rows 135x15/15/15 (needed to go light because my forearm died) lateral raises 30x5/5 upright rows 115x8/6 i was actaully shocked my lifts had not gone down today
