legs deadlift 455x1 (didnt lock out, so ill try again in 2 weeks) and i did assorted reps with other weights for the buildup

squats 365x5 my back was a bit tweeked so i didnt want to kill myself

great workout, ill go for a run later tonight or some skipping

yes i am planning on doing it you compliments always make my day thans trick i was planning on competing too, but there is a huge chance im playing college football, try outs are before the comp so im not going to do it this year.

ATM i do chest daily for 2 weeks straight, meaning the days i dont do chest in the gym i do push ups, then i take a week of chest completely. in the past month and a half my bench has gone up crazy and i have lost a lot of weight. so ill continue this until i stop gaining

shit its been a while since i posted in here

ok monday i did chest and back

bench 295x3 275x3 machine bench 260x8/8/8 (like a month and a half - 2 months ago i could not get this for 1)
cable rows 310x5 300x5/4
wide chin ups x7/7/6 (when i reach 10 ill add a 25 plate)
lat pull downs 230x7/7/7

i did arms and shoulders yesterday, i dont remember the entire workout atm

i remember ez bar culrs 140x5 130x5 110x10 (strict)
hammers 70 x 8/8/8

and shoulder press 200x8/8/8/8/7

the spotter sucked ****

did some deads, 365x1 and reps, first day back doing heavy shit on legs so i decided to take it easy next time 405 again
did some lat pds and dips and chins
