Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 13 | ATM i do chest daily for 2 weeks straight, meaning the days i dont do chest in the gym i do push ups, then i take a week of chest completely. in the past month and a half my bench has gone up crazy and i have lost a lot of weight. so ill continue this until i stop gaining shit its been a while since i posted in here ok monday i did chest and back bench 295x3 275x3 machine bench 260x8/8/8 (like a month and a half - 2 months ago i could not get this for 1) cable rows 310x5 300x5/4 wide chin ups x7/7/6 (when i reach 10 ill add a 25 plate) lat pull downs 230x7/7/7
