the work out is every 2 days

single leg leg press 4-5 sets
absx10 sets
pec dec x 5 sets
hypers x 5 sets
pull overs on machine x 5 setscalves x 5 sets

running at football till i play again

yeah i hate to see myself do nothing, i found some ankle weights, im going to strap them to my wrists when i run, give myself a "little" arm workout. it will be like a long static aset lol.

well ive droped about 10 lbs since my hand has been broken, i got the cast off today, the bone is still cracked so i need another 2 weeks off. cardio here i come
