the routine right now is as such

chest / back
legs
arms shoulders
plyos
chest back
legs
plyos

running ever day or something active for a couple hours

as well as a couple other things i wont put down in here as they are my secret muahahahahahaha

internet was down so i couldnt put up updates

chest / back

db bench 110x5/4
chins 25x5 bw x 8/6
bench 275x3
incline 235x4
bbrow 265x8/8
dips 60x6/4
db rows 120x6
did some arms

so far my progress is sick, my weights are not going up fast, yet still progressing and im shedding weight very quickly, im down to 218 from 227 in just less than 2 weeks
