Default Ultimate Challenge 2006

So here I am...Time to settle down get the tent out and start the camp fire.

Currently in day 41 of 152 from my goal ultimate goal of reaching 10% body fat. The site has been down so I decided to keep going here.



Stats:
*20 in a few weeks
*5'7"-5'8"
*220-222lb
*BF%? Don't have current numbers. Was 26% when I started CKD @ 226-228
*CKD for 40 days now.
*HST is my current routine:

Cable Row 2x
BB Mil. Press 2x

Day 41 of 152
I had my carb up yesterday and boy I felt sick! I was in bed at 7pm and woke today at 4 am ready to go huntin! My social life has gone to a near zero...but this is what I want right now and 0 beers since I started 41 days ago...Today was HST's 10 Rep, Day 3 routine. I had a great workout loved the leg press and leg ext. oh oh and the deadlift was awesome! No lifting till Tuesday, taking a two day off. Cardio is still going to be done!

* Pics are from today...I look and feel very bloated today from yesterday's 600g of carbs! WOW.

Thanks dude, we all need a little CHEERING here and there ya know...Yeah legs are by far my strongest bodypart & over-power my upper body. Hopefully I can get to my my goal of 10% bodyfat by July and can see which body part really need to get a hurtin. Its going to be a very very close one though. I might have to cut back on my carb ups...Not sure my current bodyfat but should be getting it checked soon.

Day 42 of 152

I had some decent sleep last night. Still had tons of moving around in bed in the middle of the night. Atleast I woke up at 6:30am instead of the crazy 3-4am shit I've been pulling...it can totally make you go insane! haha:crazy1: . I am sore all over today! Really now, never felt so sore from doing pullups...My upper back, bis, hams, and calves are totally done. I've not done anything different except for doing two sets of SLDLs. They are not part of the routine but just wanted to do em so perhaps the soreness come just from doing SLDLs.


I am doing cardio this morning!

Day 43 of 152

- Morning cardio like always; 45 minutes & mix of different intensity levels.
- Almost woke up late. I always set my alarm for 5 am but woke up at 4:47am but I am normally up at 4:30 or 4:20.
- Added half a protein shake for post cardio too.
- I am back into full blown keto. Need to watch out for the carbs from cheese!
- I need to take two days straight off HST. Since I started the routine its been on day lifting on day off. I did take a week after I got my maxes though. Been trying to get as many workouts as possible cause my gym membership is up in april. Oddly enough, I've seen some muscle growth!
- I love HST ; Need to add skullcruchers into next cycle, heavy cable press down hurts my joints.

How bad do I want this? Pretty f****** bad! The warrr is on... stay motivated freaks. Got cardio tomorrow morning.

A.M cardio on a empty stomach like normal. Intensity was not up there today. However, I was sweating like a pig 5 minutes into cardio. Feal great and getting leaner by the minute

Ok. Ok. I have officially gone insane..muahaha
I went to do cardio again tonight! Yup crazy mofo! I hope I aint losing too much muscle. I had a PWO shake though...I ran at 9.0mph it felt like nothing...Dudes, I feel like I am some kind of super drug right now. I dunno what it is. What is that dude on? hmmm natural testoterones! gimme gimme gimme...ahhhhh am psycho...




Let me relax its my bed time soon. Gotta do cardio tomorrow morning. I went shopping:

A.M (5.AM) cardio on a empty stomach like normal...Nothing new to report. I do feel leaner blah blah blah. Its odd, I weight in at 222lb this morning on am empty stomach after taking a piss and a {you know what}...I've not been able to get my B.F checked on an empty stomach cause I am always on a rush and dont have time. I mean, I look and feel ALOT better then last week and since I started this thing at 228lb. Odd too but I've gain muscle since I started HST w/ CKD. How is this possible? Dunno. I mean my pants get looser and looser and some shirt fit tight at the top (Lats & Arms)

Had an amazing workout! Looking more and more defined everyday I workout. Can notice small details on my calves and quads. Arms have been growing FAST since starting HST. I decided to try the 95lb bb curl ( I did 7 reps back when I tried to find my 10's maxes) well, I pulled it with ease. I upped my squat from 205lb x 10 to 225 x 12 ( threw in 2 extra reps for the pleasures of pain ). Last workout I deadlifted 225 x 10 but was it much much easier this time around. Pullups are getting easier as I drop fat.

You can do it bud! I cut from 33% to 9% in 16 weeks using CKD and EOD fullbody circuit training.
