Well, I sent out my resume to one of several locations. Now comes the wait...Need the extra cash for school and to buy my supplements! Party hardie is to placed on hold for awhile now boys and girls.

A little rant about shit in my real life:

Why oh why are there so many miserable people who whine and complain? Naysayers. Can't they accept the fact that they are unenthusiastic and unhappy about their life. They want to bring you down so that they feel better about themselves. They "say" they want you succeed but deep down there is desire to see others fail. They are simply afraid of taking risks. And to see others do whatever they wished they can do makes them miserable inside. Smile and be who you really want to be is my philosophy. Be happy you are alive and kickin.

You're right, very few people actually want to see others succeed. I think because most people are miserably aware of the fact of just how "average" they are. Rather than exert any effort and develop the discipline it takes to be more than average, a lot of people would rather that others around them fail, so, as you said, they can feel better about themselves. Do they really feel better about themselves though? Not at all.

I'm guessing people you work with are continuing to be asses. I tell you coworkers are the worst. Last week, two guys at work asked me if I was on roids in a lunch room full of people. These guys are two average, 13" arm having, dudes... and I don't give them shit about that. But, just because I have 16" arms and wide shoulders, they have to try and diminish my accomplishments. Wait till I have 18" arms and can't fit through the friggin' doors anymore, what'll they be saying then? Honestly, I don't care. The attention just shows I'm making progress, so I welcome it. As should you.

Keep up the good progress man, you're one dedicated mofo. :nosthumbs

- SQUAT: 295 X 7* *315x5 PR: I ave entered un-charted waters. I've never hit 315lb before. Form was not perfect but felt GREAT! Then getting all psycho..take the bar of the rack to see how easily the bar bends as I get into position. F*king awesome!

DAY 87 OF 153


- NO A.M Cardio again. I was unable to fall asleep until 11:30 or so. Sleeping about 5-6 hours and doing so much cardio leaves me totally wasted. Instead slept in and got 8 hours of sleep. .PM cardio is in store for me.:boink1:

- My back is sore from the pullups. My bis and tris are also a little bit sore. Legs not even sore!

- Feel lean today so yeah no bloating of any kind. Energy level is great...slept ggggreat!
