Bing, Bing, Bing - That's a winner! I totally agree. IMPC will be a mental challenge more than a physical challenge. Well said.

Yup can't get more basic...however, I love sesathin..maybe it all in my head but I can notice big big difference in my quads EVERY day. Its not all the product(I am busting my ass) but I FEEL its helping to shed the fat. Only thing is that Sesathin last about 15 days since I upped the dosage but ITS working for sure...melatonin hmmm... I might have to look into it. I toss and turn ALOT at night.

Great restraint Crobar. I know I'm going to be tested many times this coming summer and if I do drink I always feel like shit the next day. Hmmm, maybe that's casue I don't know when to stop. At any rate, keep up the great work. Have you tried any supplements to aid in your sleeping? i.e. Melatonin? I take that a few times a week at 3mcg. Otherwise I'm up a few times in the middle of the night having to take a wizz. If your sleep is consistently getting interrupted, you may want to look into something and/or consult your physican.

The summer is the REAL test for me aswell. However, I am mentally ready which is the key. Anyways, I totally dislike drinking not only due to the wasted calories but it makes me feel depressed. Hate that feeling. Feels great to be a little tipsy but we don't need that yunk to have fun. In regards to the sleeping, no never seen a doctor or anything. The problem was created when I started lifting, few years back, when I used to wake up at 12am & have a shake. I created a monster! After that, many night of unhealthy sleep eating habits begun to pop up. Again all mental but I thought I had no power. Luckily I;ve moved pasted that. Bought some NOW Melatonin from bb.com along with my other stuff.

Nice job with the willpower Crowbar! I understand.
We rarely if ever go to bars or drink anymore. Basically, the only time we do is when we are on vacation.

Hey, with regard to the sleep.

A product you might want to look into, especially since are also cutting, is Venom Lean Dreams.

We have it, and more info about it here:
Michael and Kendra's ALRI Supplement Store

I'm honestly not promoting it just because we sell it. I also have difficulty sleeping. It takes me a long time to fall asleep, and I wake up frequently during the night. I've seen a big difference since I started using this...and it's a powerful fat burner. Just a friendly recommendation for something to look into.

Keep up the good work!

I'll tell you what... I've been taking melatonin and benadryl each night before bed... and there is no way to NOT get a rock solid sleep lol. But even melatonin by it's self works fantastic.

Melatonin is a hormone that your brain naturally produces at night time (ie after the sun goes down). Taking melatonin helps you to get to sleep... but the effect is pretty short lived. You need to pop right before you get into bed so you don't miss it lol.

I did that once and only once along with my Cissus RX. I slept right thru my 5:30 am alarm, woke up at 7:15. Thought it was Saturday and wondered if I drank heavily the night before. never again.
