Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | DAY 53 OF 153
Nothing totally new from the cardio session. Up early to shave and take shower... Carb-Up yesterday. I had been carbin up every 6 days but will keep it every 7 days. So "hopefully" my carb up days will now remain Wednesdays. I weigh in at 223lb this morning after a hefty carb-up. Been unable to get my BF measured cause there is no one available in the morning. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | DAY 60 OF 153 A.M Cardio 45 minutes; 10:00 Bike: Warm Up 5:00 Tredmill: inclined walk -------------------------------- 6:30 Tredmill: My fastest EVERY mile. I did intervels of 1 minute at 9.0-9.5 and 1 minute of 8.0mph. It was easy! Rope jumping has HELPED alot! 3:30 Tredmill: inclined walk @ 4.2mph -------------------------------- 5:00 Rope jumping -------------------------------- 5:00 on stairmasters -------------------------------- 10:00 on some cardio machine to cool off. Intensity: 9.5 Focus: 9.5 Pump: 9 Strength: 9.5 Overall Grade: A+ +You bet I am giving that fat a run for its money! . Been busting ass at the gym day in and day out. Results should be coming slowly but its a great payoff to work your tail off at the gym. Dudes, the run its getting easier and easier. Damn funny to see a 220lb man running at 9.0mph haha. The rope jumping has really really helped a ton to get where I am at with my running. I was planning to go for a brisk walk/job at the park today but need to proof read my college app. essay. Need to make it happen! Wish me luck with this saturday! |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | DAY 62 OF 153 Just got back from the University open house. I am soo cheap to even pay the 35$ application fee that I wait till the last minute..:boink1: Its really out of my hands now and up to the commies at the admin office. :lick: Well, I was willing to do free favors... :buttlick: hahahha I can only sit and wait now till they A. request an interview B. Accept me. My essay was above average but SAT's were bad cause I took like a joke and did not even bring a calc when I took it. I got a combined 900. My gpa in h.s was a decent 87.5 though. :boink1: I'll keep you all updated. I really don't have much a backup if I don't get accepted. Its do it die...Love the location though, its RIGHT next to my mother's house...and a 5-10 minute drive from my house. can't beat that guys! Its also offers a very good marketing program. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | I found out my maxes for my new HST routine. Took a week ( 7 days ) off from lifting after finishing my first HST CYCLE. I am like totally WASTED. Gave it 110%. Had a super fantastic protein shake after my workout. Feeling GREAT! I did 25 minutes of cardio after lifting. I was super tired but thats how bad I want this shit. God willing. I am slowly cutting and I can totally see small differece in my quads every week. Its amazing! Yet to lose strength! Sign are good thus far. Once I lose my love handles then the party will really start. I'll give it another 2.5 months and they will be almost gone. No time for rest, AM CARDIO TOMORROW! CARB UP Totals Cal: 3916 fat: 35 carbs: 657 Protein: 244
