No. I'm in this competition for one reason, and one reason only: to make people look at me in my underwear. I'm going to bulk up to 400lbs before this coming november. This is how I'm going to do it: Drugs, chocolate cake, and chicken breasts. Not necessarily in that order. Really I just wanted to start my log. At some point I might actually write a coherent non sarcastic thought or two in it.

| IronMass Donator | The only time I do front squats is on the smith machine, mostly because my balance sucks! I do regular 'touch my ass to the back of my shoes' squats on the smith too for the same reason, I get low and I start to fall over. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 160 | Cross grip always, the clean grip doesn't feel right, and yes they are a huge ego killer but feel SOOO GOOD. I can go a lot heavier on them but they choke me, so I do them for more of a pump / high rep exercise to finish things up. Front squats are also a great way to improve form imo. It's impossible to do front squats with bad form, or you'll fall on your face LOL.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 160 | had a great back workout ... barbell rows @ 195lbs, 5 sets 6 reps lat pull downs, 180-200 rep ranges and sets flying everywhere cable rows, 180-200lbs, rep ranges and sets flying everywhere small downwards pyramid of hammer curls, 45lbs x1, 35x5,5 20lbsx5,5 awesome pump, I did like five bajillion sets. The IMPC will be MINE.
