I've decided I don't like clen anymore :P Did chest... Incline db chest press, 100lbs dbs, x8,x8,x6,x6,x5 ![]() flat db fly, 50lbs x12,x8,x6,x5 ... 40lbs x3 *burnt out* db pull over, 65lbs, 4x6 In between sets I trained irish princess. I'm trying to teach her a push pull leg split. Here's her push day that I had her do tonight incline db press, 3 sets of 12 incline db fly, 3 sets of 12 seated db shoulder press, 3 sets of 12 side lateral db raise, 3 sets of 12 seated tricep extension, 3 sets of 12 I just need to get her to remember the names of the exercises, the order to do them, and to keep track of the weight she's using. As she progress I'd like her to do abs at the end of each workout, and towards the end of the impc, possibley starting in sept, I will have her follow up with cardio. I have her doing cardio in the off days.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | PCT begins when the zol runs out ![]() April 29th - Finally back in the gym... and it sucked. No energy, no intensity. Sick of my living situation, over loaded with back breaking homework, over loaded with things that need to be done... squats, 135x8, 225x4setsx5reps laying leg curl, 110lbs 3 sets, 12 reps front squat, 45lbs (just the bar), 3 sets of 8. Literally I was sweating from that. My legs were so pumped and cramped that I could barely walk, and dare I say it hurts. I looked in the mirror, and I am bloated and sickly looking. It sucks.

It's been like over a week since I've exercised, I've had a few binge eating episodes, and I've basically been letting my life fall to pieces due to the stress. Point blank, I do not handle stress well. Every single one of my classes is graded on a curve, all the class averages are like 60%, and the professors like to tell us we're going to fail. I'm taking some of the hardest classes I've ever taken in my life. I'm ~260lbs, and so bloated that my feet don't fit in my sneakers right. I am coming off my cycle NOW before any more damage is done. This is exactly what happened during finals last semester. Exactly precisely. It's very sad. I do great until pressure builds up.... My pics this month will be a train wreck, I promise you. I will probably spend all summer vacation undoing the damage. Luckily IMPC ends one month before finals.... lol.

Couldn't get it up for the fourth incline dumbell press, 100lbs, 7 reps, then 5 reps palm in pull ups at body weight (~260lbs LOL) 3 sets of 6 Military press, 95lbs, 10 reps, 8 reps, 5 reps Behind the neck barbell shoulder press, 65lbs, 10 reps, 8 reps Lat bar pull down, #7 (140lbs?) 3 sets of 10 reps 1 set of incline db flies at 40lbs, 8 reps.... but at that point I felt like I could yack. The pump is so intense it hurts.
