Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | Monday, April 16th Did 20 minutes fasted cardio upon waking. Started clen at a modest 12mcg. The clen I have is really strong.... I started at 20mcg the other week and it was too much, so I was doing ECA up until now. Even at 12mcg I'm a little shakey. I have work and school all day and night and a lot of homework to do, but I'm going to TRY to get to the gym for a back workout. I've also pledged to myself to take this seriously, and not make a fool of myself come november ![]() Right now I'm really considering an "every other day" protocol for lifting. With cardio as many mornings as I can stand. Fasted morning cardio.... I'm thinking a leg/push/pull split and cardio 3-5 days a week for now would do WONDERS for my physique. When I come off the superdrol I would just drop the cardio for a week to give my body a chance to start recovering. I'm also thinking i'm going to do a 'half assed tkd'. IE, low carb all the time (no carb ups), but a nice starchy meal (steak and potato preferably) a few times a week.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | No backworkout for me, because the school gym was too crowded. And yes, that is a valid excuse as far as I'm concerned. If you saw the douchebaggery you'd agree.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | It's baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad. They have three squat racks, but no benches, so they all bench (and curl, no joke) in the squat racks (stereotypically doing full body curls with huge amounts of weight, it's sad). Then in the free weight area you have to hunt down the sister dumbell because they are all strewn about the floor like a nursery. Then between sets (if you can even get a bench) someone steals one or both from you anyway. There's a line to use each and every single piece of equipment, and there's about 5 guys in there checking out eachothers abs and talking about their bar adventures. (They're genetic freaks because I swear to god all they do is shoulder press and bicep curls). All the while there's things like akon playing on the radio. NO THANK YOU. As long as I'm getting my cardio in I'm not going to sweat it. I think I'd benefit by slowing down my frequency a bit anyway.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 45 | That's crazy, my school gym is just dead because finals are coming up. The only times they are busy is at the start of a semester or New Years. Everyone falls off the wagon by the end of the year. We have 4 squat racks which is pretty nice but at least 6 benches, not including incline/decline. So that keeps them busy. Plus two of the squat racks are in the other room along with the powerlifting platforms so you can usually get one there. Everyone seems to put the weights back in pairs, and there's plenty for everyone. You should go on strike.

I actually enjoyed looking at that cake... I, for one, will miss it. Skel can't win the open... I had a psychic tell me that carrot top is going to join in late, and still win, even with the penalties. ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | No I've never taken clen. It is interesting but I so far don't feel inclined to try it but of course I don't rule anything out. ECA had always worked well so far. As for the sides on Clen and the research and conversations with other clen users they say to take it before bed so you don't feel the sides but you may sweat like a pig in bed. You could always take so melatonin or other sleep products with it maybe? |
