ok time to get serious... I ahve a gym membership and am learning a new routine of what to do and when.... yesterday i started this! I wil try to keep my log current to keep my on track and as a motivator,,wooohoo!!! Its time to start kickin some ass!

Here is what i did yesterday..

incline db press, 3 sets of 12
incline db fly, 3 sets of 12
seated db shoulder press, 3 sets of 12
side lateral db raise, 3 sets of 12
seated tricep extension, 3 sets of 12

Skell is helping me with my routine's and i have a personal trainer at the gym as well... I am doing a push, pull and leg split with cardio on other days... I will try to do abs after each set as well on lift days.. and just increase cardio as time goes on and i get adjusted!

Skell--" I just need to get her to remember the names of the exercises, the order to do them, and to keep track of the weight she's using. As she progress I'd like her to do abs at the end of each workout, and towards the end of the impc, possibley starting in sept, I will have her follow up with cardio. I have her doing cardio in the off days".

Make sure you keep a little notebook with you in the gym so you can write down the order of the exercises before you get there. That way you can also keep track of the weight you use, the number of reps you completed each set, and any notes about how you felt(ex: this weight felt easy today, move up next time).

It takes a lot of the guesswork out of lifting and lets you consistently strive to exceed yourself.

Today i did my cardio......

about 3.5 miles and a good cool down and then stretching.. about (45-50 mins total)
later i might do some abs if i get homework done..

She is an ex runner

We ran around the football field one day and I was huffing and puffing with shin splints, I had to hobble back to the car after half a lap... but I think she could have kept going.

I'm playing 'personal trainer' and ip is my science project I want her to do cardio 3 days a week in her off days between the push pull legs split.

And my low carb propaganda got to her

Skell don't low ball yourself! you are an awesome trainer and keep me going! yeah this is me doing this and i am doing it for me but u have and are guided me in te right path...mad props to u. It is one thing to be able to lift but another to be ale to teach the skills and be able to help others, while helping yourself!

Dont worry i will!!!!! he is helping me with things i will do the same for him! He just wont do it at the gym so we do cardio at home... Having a partner in crime to keep u on track is a wonderful thing!

I had a super workout!

I did:
one mile warm up on the elliptical in 5min
leg extension, 3 sets, 12 reps, @ 80lbs
leg curls 3 sets 12 reps @ 60lbs
leg press 3 x 12 @ 150lbs
Lunges 3 x 12 @ 15lb dbs
a billion crunches
squats 3 x 12 @ 45lbs

Ok so i took the weekend of of working out but stuck to my diet really good. i have been doing really good with it lately!! Monday was pull day.... Oh god i am trying to think back taht far an dremmebr waht i did...its hell week at school right now..hahahaha

dumb bell rows 3/12/25
lat pul downs 3/12/ 70
cable bar bell rows 3/12/85
bicep curls 3/12/50
tons of abs
later on did some cardio..incline of 10 up to 15% on treadmill 15 minutes...

took tuesday off for homwork

got sick that night and doc. told me no work otu for a hwil wiht med iam on... so i am of til i am better but shoudl be back to the grin on monday!!!

until then its just strict diet!!!!
