Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | Here we go!!!! Well, I've decided to do this thing. My pics are up, so no backing out now!! STATS: Age: 26 Height: 5' 7 Weight: 127.5# Bodyfat: around 16% Goals: Compete in October for the first time. I'm putting on muscle right now! Background: I've gone from being 200#, to an eating disorder at around 105#, and now I'm on the road to a healthy body!! Nutrition: I'm eating between 2000-2500 calories a day. I will post daily macros of my diet. Training: I train 4-5 days a week. My program is designed by someone, so I will only post my exercises in random order and only list the highest weight that I used. Today is a rest day. I'm a teacher, so I'm on spring break this week. I need to do some stretching today and tomorrow is a focus on back and shoulders. I'm going to Olive Garden for lunch..mmm Anyway...enough blabbering..I need to actually get some stuff done today! Looking forward to the competition! |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | I won't update this one as much...I do have somewhat of a life! lol Today was nice...rest day...new shoes, dog walk, cleaning, Dr., lunch at Olive Garden and met some friends from out of town at Don Pablos this evening. Just catching up on 24 now, then off to bed.. Tomorrow is upper body day...back and shoulder focus (get that vtaper!) |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | Nice, relaxing day today...gym, groceries, walked the dog, then went to my brother's track meet...now, I'm watching American Idol (sucks!), then I'll eat again and off to bed!! Legs in the morning! ![]() VTAPER WORKOUT LAT FLYES: 20# DB HIGH ROWS W/ ROPE: 55#...increased reps DOUBLE QUARTER CURLS: EZ CURL BAR...BURN!!!!!!!These felt stronger though DB ROW: 36# DB..increased weight SKULL CRUSHERS: EZ CURL BAR+15#...increased reps INCLINE BB PRESS: 75#..increased reps ARNOLDS: 25#....so hard!!!!!! TIME:1:25 HR:122/167 CALS: 440 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It was a good one today! I even got in a cool down and stretching for once! My arms felt really big today (in a good way!) A guy came up to me and said, "Damn, girl, you've gained weight!" lol...he meant it in a good way (I hope). The old Tara would have run crying to the treadmills, but the new Tara just smiled and said, "Yep..thanks!" Speaking of running, I really felt like running today for the first time in a LONG time.
