| IMPC Contestant | Ok i need a good swift kick in the butt!!! i am back in this and am starting today! i am slacked off really bad but no damage has been done. i easily maintain myself luckily!!! I have been going for runs every other day but thats about it!!! So i need to re- start my log, workout regime, and healthy life style again! I need a favor for you guys though!! please don't be shy to get on my case if i am not posting and slacking!! i need the motivation!!! Thanks!! Well here we go again!!!

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | A set of push ups? What happened to the other two sets ![]() You will do great. Even though you haven't been eating healthy you've still been conscious of everything you've been eating. Just get in the gym and lift some weights. You need to get those muscles conditioned.

| IMPC Contestant | today's work out... i feel like i am not as strong and had to do less wieght on some but it has been awhile.. 1 mile cardio.. incline db press, 3 sets of 12 incline db fly, 3 sets of 12 seated db shoulder press, 2 sets of 12 side lateral db raise, 2 sets of 12 seated tricep extension, 3 sets of 10 tons of sit ups, including lower and sides with weights

Usually just to give that body part a chance to get used to working again! Great job getting back into it!Chris and I haven't done legs in awhile; we just never seem to get to the gym on Friday nights. I know that when we finally get there, (this Friday!!) I'm going to be sore for a week. AND my house has stairs! |

| IMPC Contestant | Sunday did some cardio.. Skell and i went out on a paddle boat for a couple hours! Today i ran/jogged and walked for an hour.. tomorrow i should be able to move more and be back at the gym to lift..!!
