Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Weight 247 - Ah going from bulk to cut really drops weight quick off the bat. My gut is going in and today my pants are falling off Weights I have to admit I mentally was not there today. The past couple weeks have been very stressful and my focus as been shit. I still am following the program fine and doing what I need to do but I miss that angry drive I like. Tri-Phase, week 2, 90 sec rest, 4 working sets. Flat Bench - 135x10, 185x9, 185x6, 155x9 DB Incline - 50x10, 50x10, 50x10, 50x8 Asst Dips - 45x10, 35x10, 25x10, 15x10 DB Mil Press - 45x10, 45x10, 45x10, 45x10 DB Side Laterals - 20x10, 25x10, 25x8, 20x8 Still feeling to much in the shoulders on my flat/incline bench and moving to shoulders they where already sore. Fawk Cardio Machine: Treadmill Incline: 15 Total Time: 30 minutes Total Cals: 470 - 10 min / speed 3 - 10 min / speed 3.5 - 10 min / speed 4.0 I could do cardio all day. I feel real good doing so and actually felt in a great mood during. diet Solid and hitting the numbers as expected. Had to play catch up on cals yesterday but I got them in. My weight was actually a half pound less yesterday but the bulk of my cals came late in the day which I usually taper down in the evening.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Time to get the fawk outta my funk and start kicking ass! weight 244.5 ![]() Holy fawk I'm shrinking ![]() Honestly with the cals I chow this is crazy! Diet I am still rolling 40/40/20 with ease. Actually I have to force myself to eat enough. Gawd this cutting is tuff :p I have prettey much nailed my macros or very close. I am not super strict on 40/40/20 and tend to eat more protein, less carbs and fat is 15-20%. Last night dinner majorly fawked me...so I thought. Mother-in-laws freezer broke (no really but long story) and she gave us some fresh lean ground beef which I normally wouldnt eat. I typically eat extra lean (90%) but we had no food thawed and my cals where low I said fawk it and ate lots. Yesterday my macros where 45% Protein/25% Carb/30%Fat. I thought for sure the scale was gonna bounce back but to my suprise it dropped a ton. I am going to give it another week at up the cals more than likely. At this pace I will be shredded with a month to spare. Workout It was average. Everything was up or the same plus this is an additional set than last week. Tri-Phase Training, week 2, 90 sec rest, Back & Traps. Rack Deads - 225x10, 405x10, 405x10, 405x10, 405x10 Asst WG Pullups - 45x8, 45x7, 45x6, 45x6 BO BB Rows - 135x10, 135x9, 135x9, 135x7 BB Shrugs - 315x10, 315x10, 315x9 Cut short on time. 4 sets fawked me in timing. I missed my last set of BB shrugs and was supposed to do DB Shrugs. If my traps don't hurt in the AM I may throw some in with my abs and bonus chest day. Twat Goblins I have no idea why I wrote that but it made me smile. Have a great day all. Today in conference call hell day. Yep all day meetings to discuss nothing of improtance. Peace! ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Thanks all for your encouraging words while I PMS'd these past couple weeks. Yesterday before the grunt of some hellish meetings and me being on edge I went home uh "sick". CJ is such a great wife and was very supportive and I even took a nap. I was still somewhat an asswipe the rest of the night but woke up this AM and felt like the old me. WO wasn't intense but it did feel exceptionally well. I went in today with the attitude of having some fun and not worrying about numbers per say. My work is extremely stressful for me with mounds and mounds of projects, work piling up. Sometimes not being a grunt sucks but I guess thats the price we pay for climbing the corporate ladder. It may sound kinda funny but I said a lil prayer before opening my email because I was expecting a assload of hate mail for leaving early but to my surprise the world did not come to an end and the hate mail was pretty tame. So today so far is a good day and again thank you all...especially CJ. Workout Today is my no rules do what the fuk I want day so that means pump up the man boobies and work on the gut insulation. Switched presses to db's today. Wow my chest was still sore from Monday so I didnt try killing myself to much. Rest times where around 60 seconds cause I can't just sit there. Flat DB Press - 50x10, 70x10, 80x7 Incline DB Press - 50x10, 60x9, 65x6 Cable X-Over (shoulder height) - 50x10, 50x9, 50x9 Flex Ab Machines - 105x15, 120x10, 105x15 Knee Raises - 10, 10, 15 Treadmill - 30 minutes, 15% grade 10 min at 3.0 10 min at 3.5 10 min at 4.0 Thats it! ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | First off I am really enjoying my progress in the weight loss arena. My pants are now being held up by a belt and really need to go down a size if I can find them but my shirts still require them big. Today I wore my favorite shirt. Its tacky, ugly, 50's, ghey looking button up shirt. Today I put it on an I ripped under the arm and the shoulder area, bicep and chest are like shrink rap but the belly part is nice and loose. It's my "I feel hyuge" shirt and well today it may have to be retired. Its a sad and happy moment. Workout Woke up completely wiped and late. Squats - 135x10, 225x10, 315x10 SLDL - 135x10, 225x10 Leg Ext - 200x10 Well I was literally falling asleep in the gym this morning. My mind and body are kicking my ass so being a good hubby I will listen to CJ and take tomorrow and the weekend off and see how I feel come Sunday if I will go in Monday or not. I have been gonig balls to the wall for sometime so I think a break is what I may need. ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Well it looks like CNS burnout time. Looking over the past 2 weeks I see a pattern of weights dipping, mood sucks, tired as fuk so I am going to take a bit of time off to let the body rest. The plan as of now is to take a solid week off. I will probably still do some bodyweight type stuff (crunches, push-ups) here and there but no weights or cardio is scheduled. I will probably drop all "bonus" supps and use the bare minimum on this time off. See ya'll soon!

There is a new development smack dab in the middle of farm country that looks promising. I already am researching home gym essentials that I can have a decent home gym so I can sleep more. Our current basement is not tall enough but a new development I can get a 9ft poor with a walkout making ideal. Also put in a shower down there and I will be in heaven.
