We have a plate-loaded machine, but it's got a much smaller footprint and is really simple in design... it's not designed really well though because it bottoms out before a relatively short individual such as myself can go ATG. I still use it once in a while because I can load almost 400 lbs on the thing and I feel badass... most people only put 90 or 180 on it and do quarter-reps. Hopefully I still have a gym... during my workout this morning the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate the building, I heard someone say there was a gas leak.

It seems the scale at home it barely moving at all and I am starting to question its accuracy. I also weigh at the gym cause I am addicted to the scale and well it has been moving. Today it puts me around 237! Woot Woot I don't feel so anorexic anymore ![]() Supps I repeated yesterday mostly but replaced 4 AMP with 1 Hyperdrive since I am out of AMP. It wasnt nearly as good so Monday I will bump to 2 Hyperdrives. I used the H-Blocker again. I think it seems to be a good product and suprised more people don't use it. The taste is average and it seems weirdly thick to me. Anyway I like it. I also used Purple Wraath again. I am all about lots of BA/CM. Oh since I had widow makers I ran Cordygen5. I will be switching back to Raganarok pretty soon. I have Blue Raz and the reformulated black cherry heading my way. Workout 3C - kill the legs! SS - Straight set RP - Rest Pause PR - Personal Record XS - Extreme Stretches PIITB - Put It In The But Anyone can PR but today I smashed some numbers! DC Calf Raises on Seated Leg Press Machine - 290x10 PR - Up 40lbs! but I wasn't in enough pain so I did... Calf Raises on Seated Leg Press Machine - 505(stack)x30 PR - Oh ya! OK so it was the first time so it's an automatic PR right :p Did some misc calf stretches and needed it ![]() SLDL - 300x6 PR - Up 25lbs! Woot Woot! XS Hams Leg Presses - 670x8 PR - Up 10lbs but could have done more! Leg Presses WidowMakers - 540x20 PR - Up 70lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMFG this killed me. I about passed out but was smiling inside when finished! XS - Quads I was going to attempt some lunges with 27kg (~59lbs each) kettleballs but did about 3 reps and said "dude your an idiot, put the weight down and go shower". So I did. I still did all the mandatory lifts per DC but I was feeling great so I added more for the hell of it. Oh I noticed I have HS incline BP twice in my rotation. I fuked that up but I personally love the incline BP and weights are going up so I will keep them both in till one doesnt budge. HS = Hammer Strength SS = Straight Set RP = Rest Pause CB = Cybex CG = Close Grip FM = Free Motion SM = Suck Me BP = Bench Press CB = Cybex HS Inc BP - 231x10RP - PR - Up 10lbs! This felt real good. Lots of watchers. Extra - HS Flat - 235x5ish - didnt really count i just felt the need to do it since someone left the weights on. FM Flys - 110x10SS - PR - Up 10lbs! Extra - Cybex nuetral grip seated press - 16platesX6SS - I was pretty toast but it was different so its all good. Extreme Stretch Chest - Up'd to 75lb db's Flex Shoulder Press - 225x14RP - PR - Up 15lbs! Extra - Flex Deltoid Flys - 160x12SS - Wow I suprised myself on these. First time doing these. Extreme Stretch Shoulders CG BP in Smith - 175x9SS - PR - Up 10lbs Extra - Flex Dip Machine - Stack(330)x25SS - PR Extreme Stretch Tri's - 45lb So I PR'd every mandatory exercise again!!! | IronMass Donator | Looks solid man. I imagine as tall as you are that doing SLDL's takes for f'n ever to go all the way up and down - easily doing more work than any of the rest of us. I feel ya on the tendon preventing ATG squats, I have a hard time doing regular squats for 2 reasons and that is one of them - the other is I have horrible balance since I have always turned my feet out when I walk and I can't actually point my knees forward to squat. Might try that plate technique and see if that helps when I kill WifeOfPsychoholic with leg-day-omatic on friday. |

My mind was on where was I going to workout, what gyms are close that don't suck nuts, how am I going to get there etc.. I currently am a 1 car family because I work 5 miles from my house allowing me to commute with public transportation. My gym was 3 blocks from work. So now I have to get up earlier and drive to a gym, workout, drive home so the wife can take the oldest to school, catch a bus and be at work by 7 AM. THis is going to suck ass. Evenings are not an option being I have 3 kids and thats family time. To top it off nobody can tell me how to cancel my fukin auto membership draft. They new gym that it got transfered to said they don't have my info yet. The financial place said I need to call the new gym. The old gym manager won't show his pussy ass face cause I swear I would teabag that little bitches ass for handling this afu like. Oh and the new gym is in a posh high end residence/hotel/theatre building with valet parking and shit. WTF I want to fukin workout and not worry about color coordinating my gym shorts and shoes so I look pretty in the mirror doing my guido exercises. Looks like my best option is to WO at the local "key club". The best benefit there is I can watch Barbie squat deep Carb Up Apparently last nights carb up was a success! I am now 241!!!! Workout 1 B What a waste. Totally not into it. Alt Db Curls - 45x13RP - no change RG Db Curls - 50x23SS - Up 5lbs - PR Xtreme Stretch Bi's Reverse CG Rack Chins - 35x14 RP - PR - dropping these. They hurt my wrist and I prefer wide normal grip. Deads - 315x3 / 235x11 - Down reps on the 1st and weight on the second. I did try this in socks and felt better. Xtreme Stretch back All te PR's where pussy PR's and deads sucked nuts. I call it a wash today. I am off this weekend and will probably WO at Barbs gym M/T then I am off to Cali for 2 weeks. I have a gym lined up there already. Workout WO 2B I had to replace a few thing because of the new gym but still a good day. Hammer Strength Decline replaced with free weight decline bench. There isnt any decline type machine so free weights is it. I prefer free weights but doing RP without a spotter sucks nuts. Replaced Freemotion Fly with Flex Pectoral Fly machine for my bonus chest movement. I dont mind this one. Overhead seated cable tricep thingy ma bob replace with rope tri pushdowns. Decline Bench - 225x10RP - PR - Been a long time since I have done these and this was easily a pr. Flex Pectoral Fly - 150x16SS - PR - First time is always a PR in my book ![]() Extreme Stretch Chest - 75lb db's - ouch DB Soulder Press - 65x17RP - PR on reps - Again I couldnt get the db's up for the 3rd RP'd set. Extreme Stretch Shoulder Rope Tri Pushdowns - 120x14SS - PR - I knew my old gyms numbers where AFU since I asically just doubled them today. Extreme Stretch Triceps - 45lb db and they have a perfect upright half bench for this. Overall a great day. On a positive not there are some really big dudes at the new gym and I love it. It motivates me to push myself. I also noticed in the mirror working out that I am getting pretty big and I really am liking what I am seeing. I think this year is gonna be a great year! With the new gym I was somewhat worried about the commute but technically its about the same time or shorter! Woo Hoo. Tommorow is scheduled legs Can't wait!
